By accessing or using Humbly (the "Service"), including our website, application, digital downloads (including the 30-Day SOAP Journal), and any related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Humbly is an upcoming devotional application currently in development. The Service provides:

• Guided SOAP (Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer) Bible study method
• Tools for journaling prayers, reflections, and spiritual insights
• Educational content about Biblical study and spiritual growth
• Downloadable resources including the 30-Day SOAP Journal PDF

The Service is intended solely for personal devotional use and spiritual growth. It is not intended to replace pastoral care, theological training, or professional counseling.

3. No Professional Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL RELIGIOUS OR MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE.

While Humbly is designed to support your spiritual journey and Bible study practice, it is not a substitute for:

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

• The "Humbly" name, logo, and brand identity
• Website design, text, graphics, and user interface
• Software, code, and underlying technology
• Educational content, methodologies, and SOAP Bible study framework
• Downloadable materials, PDFs, and journals (including the 30-Day SOAP Journal)
• All other intellectual property

are owned by Humbly and its creator, and are protected by copyright, trademark (whether registered or unregistered), and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

The free 30-Day SOAP Journal and other downloadable materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Waitlist and Future Service

By joining our waitlist, you acknowledge that Humbly is an upcoming product currently in development. We make no guarantees regarding launch dates, features, pricing, or availability. Waitlist signup does not create any obligation on our part to provide access to the Service or any specific features.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
